The Admin User Accounts page allows for the administration of the users associated with the website.
Users created for this website portal are not accessible from another portal within the DotNetNuke installation.
DotNetNuke prohibits more than one user from having the same username. This extends across all of the portals created on a DotNetNuke installation. A username used on one portal cannot be used on another portal.
On the latest version of DotNetNuke (7 at the time of writing) deleting a user sets it to an interim state, unable for use but needed a second action to complete the deletion. This can either be done on an individual basis, by clicking on the cross to remove or by removing all deleted users by clicking on the button Remove Deleted Users. A deleted user may be re-instated by clicking on the restore icon in the row.
Add New User
A new user maybe added by completing a minimum of information.

The available security roles are offered in a dropdownlist. The role is selected and optionally a start and expiry date set and the button Add Role to User clicked on to assign the role to a user.
Actions available in the table of roles below are limited to the option to delete/remove the role.

A number of profile fields are available for entry/editing. These include the address, contact details, timezone & locale and an optional photo.
