If you have forgotten your Zen Cart admin user password it may be replaced by editing the database through phpMyAdmin.
In Zen Cart 1.5.x the admin users are stored in the Admin table.
If you have access to the database backend with phpMyAdmin, then:
- navigate to the admin table
- edit the user entry replacing the entry for the password with 351683ea4e19efe34874b501fdbf9792:9b
You will now be able to login with the username and the password admin.
Don’t forget to change your admin user password.
