The default DotNetNuke portal can be changed from the first created, portal 0.
To set the default DotNetNuke portal, you’ll need to login to the set of portals using a host user account.
Once you have logged in navigate to the page
Host/Host settings
On this page expand the section Host Details. Select the host website from the list in the drop down list Host website
Click on update to complete the change to the host portal selection.
