Remove Border Around Module

An old DotNetNuke had a small border around the module section of the website, despite the skin having no cellpadding set as appropriately in the tables.

I found that when the container was not specified DotNetNuke used a default container designed with no title.This was creating a small 2 pixel border around the module.

This simplistic container, NoTitle.ascx, is located in the directory

/Portals/_default/Containers/_default.

To update the presentation I provided an equivalent NoTitle in the skin.ascx file with the version given below:
