The Admin Extensions page provides a list of extensions which have been added to the website.
Extensions are divided into a number of sections, including: modules, containers, skins and widgets.
Uploading extensions via the Admin Extensions page, rather than the Host Extensions page will keep the availability of the extension to the portal. Host uploaded extensions are available to all portals. The host extensions page also provides the option to create a new extension definition.
To add a new extension click on the button Install Extension Wizard. And follow the sequence regards selecting the local file and clicking on the numerous next buttons and selecting the terms.
I prefer to add modules via the host extensions page and skins and containers via the admin extensions page. Keeping the skins and containers deigned for one portal out of view from the remainder.
